
Dr. Dana R. Martin, DMD., MS
Dr.
Martin has over 26 years of experience in his field. He is
a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where he earned
his Bachelor of Science degree in 1974. He then graduated
with a DMD, Doctor of Dental Medicine, from the University
of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1978. He earned his Orthodontic
Certificate and Master of Science degree at the University
of Pennsylvania in 1980. From 1980 to 1987, Dr. Martin instructed
post doctorate periodontic, prosthodontic, and orthodontic
students at Emory University in addition to his Orthodontic
practice.
Dr. Martin was one of the first
Orthodontists in the state of Tennessee to specialize in and
offer Invisalign® with 3D computer imaging to his patients.

Dr. Martin
is dedicated to providing his patients with the most effective
and advanced Orthodontic techniques and services. To ensure
this, he attends numerous continuing education courses and seminars
throughout the United States each year.
In his effort to provide the highest
quality of care, Dr. Martin also requires that every staff member,
including office managers as well as clinicians, hold a current
R.D.A licensure, Registered Dental Assistant.
During your first visit with Dr.
Martin, you will see the positive effect his professional dedication
will have on your patient care. He will consult with you to
determine your Orthodontic needs, offer treatment plan options,
and take the time to answer all your questions.

Dr. Martin
and his wife, Gina, a retired pediatric nurse, are both active
in their community.
Mrs. Martin
is a volunteer counselor for women in crisis and the mother
of 3 children; Russell, Katie, and Luke.
Dr. Martin is active with his
church and performed with their music ministry based in Atlanta
for several years.
He first became involved in missionary
work in 1987, when he traveled to Liberia through the Baptist
Medical Dental Fellowship to help families, who otherwise would
not be able to afford dental care.
